I just watched a programme on the TV about how they do all sorts of things. They went to a town in New Brunswick, Canada nicknamed Chocolate Town where a company called Ganong makes sweets. It was awesome!

They make a BILLION jelly beans a year! They also showed how they make a sweet called 'Chicken Bones' that is chocolate wrapped in a crisp cinnamon case and is pinky in colour. I'd never heard of them before but it said they make tons of the stuff. They sound really tasty!

Interesting, I have never heard of them, although they are 3200 km away from me. Surprising as they are mostly known for fishing I think.
