Paypal Fees - Gifts

I asked paypal why I cannot send a gift with no fees here is the response:

Upon reviewing this information, unfortunately that process will not be
available for the type of account that you have. Only a personal type of
account can send money as a gift but only using a bank account and not a
credit card.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and
wish you continued success on PayPal.

lol, i can pay the fees when i send it as a gifdt, makes it alot simpler for me when paying

If we cant send a gift it means we have the different kind of account and would have to open a new account - what a hassel, so as long as the people like myself remember to add fees I think we are okay. I was always mainly curious what was going on.
